All Modernizations begin with the Discovery phase. During Discovery,we learn about your application and your specific modernization requirements. The findings of the Discovery phase lead to two possible paths, depending upon the required architecture modifications. In the case where no significant architecture modifications are required we will proceed directly to the Migration Analysis phase. In cases that call for significant architecture modifications, we will proceed with a Migration Readiness Analysis to determine the steps needed to prepare your application for migration.
